MEMBERSHIP AND ASSOCIATION. Justin is a Fellow of the Institute of Certified Public Secretaries (FCPSK), a member of the Institute of Directors of Kenya and a member of the Kenya Counseling and Psychologists Association

 WORK EXPERIENCE AND EXPOSURE Justin has over 30 years of public sector experience, with demonstrable skills in Public Service, both in corporate governance in national and county governments, in Conflict Management, Peace Building and International Relations. He has had international exposure in contract negotiations and fund raising for parastatal organizations and as a delegate in COMESA Election Observer Missions in several countries in African. He is the Founder and immediate past Chairman of the Kiambu County Government Public Service Board, having successfully completed the constitutional six year term during which the Board worn first prize in the Gender and Disability Mainstreaming in three consecutive years. His long exposure in public service at the energy sector entities and other government departments for over 20 years in the national government, as Chairman of the Kiambu Public Service Board for six years, and as a Certified Governance Auditor and Court Accredited Mediator gives him competence and confidence in Corporate Governance Best Practice. In addition, Justin is an Ethical Awardee of ELNET many years of integrity and Ethical Practices in Social and Public Service.
